Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-15
This policy explains how MakeBeacon handles information when you visit this website or use its contact form. It describes the public website only. If MakeBeacon later provides services to you, any information handled for that project will also be governed by the written project terms and any data-handling instructions agreed for that work.
1. Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name and email address. You may also provide your company name, select a service, choose an optional budget range, and write a message. The form does not ask for a preferred contact method. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, CNIC numbers, or sensitive client records in the message.
2. Information recorded for security
When a contact form is submitted, the website stores the submitting IP address and browser user-agent with the inquiry. The form also uses validation and anti-spam controls. These details help MakeBeacon identify abusive submissions, protect the site, and follow up on a legitimate inquiry.
3. How inquiries are handled
Contact-form submissions are saved in the website database and an email notification is sent to MakeBeacon. MakeBeacon uses the information to reply, understand the requested service, assess the stated budget and requirements, prepare a proposal where appropriate, and keep a record of the discussion. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing messages.
4. Website analytics and cookies
The website uses security and session cookies needed for features such as cross-site request protection and session handling. These cookies support the operation of the contact form and do not serve advertising.
Google Analytics is enabled on this site. It may use cookies or similar technologies to report visits and interactions, and may process browser, device, and usage information for that purpose. Google processes information under its own terms and privacy notices. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, though some website functions may then behave differently.
5. Who receives the information
MakeBeacon does not sell contact-form information. The information is available to the people who handle MakeBeacon inquiries and to the website-hosting and email providers needed to store the submission and deliver its notification. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the website, its users, or MakeBeacon from abuse.
6. Storage and processing outside Pakistan
The website and email services may use infrastructure located in Pakistan or another country, depending on the providers and configuration in use. Where a provider processes information outside Pakistan, the information may be subject to the laws of that location. The current website templates do not identify a fixed server or mail-provider location.
7. How long inquiries are kept
MakeBeacon keeps inquiry records while a discussion or business relationship is active and afterwards only as needed for business records, resolving disputes, or meeting legal obligations. The current site does not have a fixed automatic deletion timer for contact-form records. Deleting an entry from the website may not immediately delete the email notification or copies held in provider backups.
8. Requests about your information
You may contact MakeBeacon to ask what inquiry information is held, request a correction, or request deletion. MakeBeacon may need to verify your identity and may retain information that is still needed for a project, recordkeeping, security, or a legal obligation.
9. Links and changes
This website may link to services operated by other organizations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. MakeBeacon may revise this policy when the website or its data practices change; the updated date above will show when the policy was last revised.
